Of Counsel

Gerard’s practice focuses on all facets of civil litigation. He started off as a solo practitioner appearing in both lower and appellate courts in Washington, D.C. and more recently in New York. Gerard also has experience handling immigration matters and administrative matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Gerard is fluent in French.
